The current turnaround time can be found in the announcement bar at the top of the website. Please note whether or not the item you purchase is a preorder. Business days include Monday through Friday (excludes holidays).

Local pickup is available at checkout. You will receive an email notification stating where to pickup.

Standard shipping is 1-3 business days. Simplicitees is not responsible for carrier delays, but will help the customer track packages and incidents.

Screen printed apparel:

- Turn garment inside out

- Machine wash cold

- No bleach or fabric softener

-Tumble dry on low

Sublimated (no feel) apparel:

- Turn garment inside out

- Wash as usual
